Privacy Policy

How Anderson Blake Healthcare Inc. handles information collected through this website and related enquiries.

1. Who we are

Anderson Blake Healthcare Inc. operates andersonblakehealthcare.com. This policy covers information collected through this website and related enquiries about recruitment, temporary staffing and workforce support.

This is an employer-focused website, not a patient-care portal or emergency service. Please do not send patient records, health information, identity documents or other sensitive personal documents through the enquiry form.

2. Information we collect and why

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, organization, work location, the support you need and a description of your requirements. A telephone number is optional. We use this information to respond, understand your requirements and coordinate the next steps you request.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the information you choose to share. Please provide only what is relevant to your enquiry and information you are entitled to disclose.

Candidates should contact the talent team for the appropriate next step. Any later candidate assessment, employment process or client engagement may require additional privacy information specific to that relationship. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

3. Who helps us handle information

Enquiries are sent to our Workforce mailbox for authorized team members to respond. Gallipro supports the website and hosting. Microsoft 365 provides business email, and Brevo delivers website-generated emails. Wordfence, provided by Defiant, supports website security. Complianz manages website privacy notices and preferences.

These providers may process information needed for their functions, including enquiry details for email delivery and technical information for hosting and security. Information may be processed or stored outside Canada and may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of those locations. We do not promise Canadian-only storage.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

4. Website emails and email tracking

Brevo processes website-generated messages and delivery information, such as sending times, delivery results and errors. Its current configuration also permits open and link-click tracking in emails that contain those tracking elements. This can associate an email address with whether a message was opened or a link was clicked and with related technical information.

Email tracking is separate from website cookies: the website privacy control does not turn it off. Your email application may offer controls for blocking remote images. If you have questions about email tracking or prefer to discuss your enquiry by telephone, contact us using the details below.

5. Website security and browser preferences

Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request times, pages requested, browser details and suspicious activity to operate the website, investigate errors and help prevent spam or unauthorized access. Wordfence may process technical and threat-related information as part of those security functions.

Essential browser storage may support secure administration and remember privacy preferences. Google Analytics, advertising tags and newsletter signup are not currently enabled on this website. We review aggregate Google Search Console reports about search visibility; those reports are separate from on-site Analytics and the information you submit in a form.

We will update the relevant notices and choices before introducing optional website tracking or newsletter signup.

6. Retention and safeguards

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond and manage the related business relationship. Information that is no longer needed is removed, except where business or legal records must be retained. Different requirements may apply to correspondence, security logs and backups. Removing an active record does not necessarily remove every backup copy immediately.

Access restrictions and technical safeguards help protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please limit the information you send to what we need to address your request.

7. Your questions and choices

Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, raise a privacy concern, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue a requested service and may be subject to legal or record-retention requirements.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. Sonia is responsible for privacy requests through workforce@andersonblakehealthcare.com. If a concern is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another applicable privacy authority.
