WORKFORCE PARTNERSHIP

A full team isn’t the same as a prepared team.

Help your people develop the skills the work calls for—with support that continues beyond a training session. Workforce Partnership combines agreed staff development, quarterly reviews and further upskilling for existing staff, new hires or both.

You don’t need to be hiring to start.

When the same questions keep reaching your door.

When recurring questions keep coming back to leaders, a one-off training session may not be the whole answer. Your team needs development priorities and a way to revisit them.

Start with the work staff need help with. If concerns involve documentation, reporting or responses to incidents, we’ll discuss whether development support is appropriate and what the partnership can cover.

Training is the start. Follow-through is the partnership.

Support for the people doing the work—with a rhythm for revisiting priorities, discussing what the team is experiencing and planning further development.

For existing staff or new hires. You do not need to recruit anyone first.

  1. Identify the priorities

We work through where staff need support and agree the training priorities, participants and delivery.

  2. Develop the relevant skills

Staff take part in training focused on the agreed priorities. Topics, participants and delivery format are confirmed in advance.

  3. Review the team’s experience

Each quarter, we revisit those priorities and discuss what staff and leaders are experiencing.

  4. Agree the next development step

Use the review to decide where further upskilling is needed within your partnership.

Support the team you already have.

Support can be scoped for one person or a wider team. Start with the work they need help with—we’ll help identify the priorities and explain the delivery.

Add support around a new hire. Where appropriate, development support can be added separately to recruitment or staffing. It is not automatically included in a placement, and the role’s essential requirements still apply.

Know what the partnership includes.

Tell us what keeps coming up. We’ll help identify the priorities, then agree who takes part, delivery, scope and cost. No prepared training plan needed.

What training is included?

We start with the work your team needs help with. Before you commit, we agree the training topics, who will take part, how it will be delivered and what the quarterly reviews will cover. Further upskilling follows the agreed partnership; there is no single package assumed for every team.

Can we include one person or a whole team?

Yes, the partnership can be scoped for an individual or a wider team. We discuss who will take part and how the support will be delivered before agreeing the engagement.

Who pays for the partnership?

This is an employer-funded engagement, with scope and cost agreed with your organization. Recruitment and temporary staffing are separate arrangements.
