Initial conversations
We speak with candidates about their experience and interest in the role, using your practice’s requirements to guide the conversation.
CLINICS & MEDICAL PRACTICES
Patient appointments, handoffs and the rest of the team still need your attention. We handle sourcing, initial interviews and candidate introductions around the way your practice works—so hiring does not become another job for you.

A physician, nurse and practice administrator bring different responsibilities. Your hours, patient-facing work and team handoffs help explain what the position involves.
We use that context to focus the search, interview potential candidates and present selected people for your consideration.

Your hours, responsibilities and patient-facing work shape the search. Our initial conversations and candidate summaries give you context for deciding whom to meet. We coordinate the interviews; you assess who suits the role and your team.
BEFORE YOUR INTERVIEW
We speak with candidates about their experience and interest in the role, using your practice’s requirements to guide the conversation.
Selected introductions bring the person’s background into a consistent format for your review.
We arrange the next steps around your team. You assess the candidates and decide whom to hire.
Before you engage us, we work through the arrangement with you. Your practice should know what the search covers, what it costs and where your team is involved.
If your immediate need is temporary cover or a paid assignment before hiring, we’ll discuss that separately—not assume a recruitment engagement is the right fit.
AGREED BEFORE WE BEGIN
We agree the role and search responsibilities, from sourcing and initial conversations to selected introductions and interview coordination.
Fees and any replacement provisions are set out in the agreement. We explain what applies to your engagement before you commit.
KEEP YOUR PRACTICE MOVING
When a position stays open, the work lands somewhere else. We take on the search for people suited to the role and the way your practice works.
We’ll ask about the responsibilities and what has been difficult to find, then coordinate the next steps in the search.
Scope, fees and any replacement provisions are agreed before you engage us.
