HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT

Hard-to-fill roles. A search you don’t have to run.

When a role stays open, your team carries the pressure. Anderson Blake Healthcare takes on the sourcing, initial interviews and candidate introductions—so you can meet potential hires without managing the search yourself.

No job description ready? Let’s start with a conversation.

A healthcare professional and colleague reviewing information together.

An open role affects more than the schedule.

While the role stays open, the pressure can land on everyone else: more cover to arrange, more work to share and more time pulled away from running the organization.

You need more than applications. You need people worth meeting—and someone to handle the search.

The search, handled.

We find candidates, handle the first conversations and keep interviews moving. Your time goes into assessing the people we introduce.

Find people worth meeting

We look for people whose backgrounds match the agreed role and workplace, taking the candidate search off your team’s workload.

Handle the first interviews

We speak with candidates about their experience and interest before introducing them, giving you a clearer starting point for your own interviews.

Present candidates with context

We put each person’s background into a consistent summary, so you can compare selected candidates and decide whom you want to meet.

Keep the search moving

We arrange your interviews and coordinate next steps with candidates, so promising introductions do not become another scheduling job for your team.

Meet candidates. Not a pile of resumes.

After our initial conversations, we introduce selected candidates with a clear summary of each person’s background—so you can decide whom to interview.

Use that context to compare candidates and focus your questions.

We arrange the interviews; your team makes the hiring decision.

How We Present Candidates
A healthcare interview and discussion.

The hire has to work for the whole organization.

The role and the workplace belong in the same conversation. We work through both with the people involved, so the search reflects what your organization actually needs.

Start with the workplace

Your setting, team and operational priorities shape the requirements. Care, clinical and hiring leaders may bring different questions to the same decision.

Focus on the actual role

PSWs, nurses, physicians, technical specialists and operations staff do different work. We discuss the responsibilities and experience behind the title before sourcing candidates.

See Roles We Recruit

It starts with a conversation.

  1. Start with the role.

Tell us who you need and what has been difficult to find. We clarify the work, workplace and priorities with you.

  2. We run the search.

Once scope and fees are agreed, we source and interview candidates, then prepare selected introductions.

  3. You choose the hire.

Meet the people you want to consider. We coordinate the interviews and next steps around your decision.

Questions that shouldn’t hold up the conversation.

Open a question to see the detail.

What if we want to see how the working relationship develops?

Staff-to-Hire may be an option through an appropriate paid staffing assignment. Direct employment can be explored later if both your organization and the professional want to continue. The arrangements are agreed separately.

What if a new hire needs development?

Workforce Partnership can provide separately agreed development support where appropriate. It is not automatically included in recruitment, and the role’s essential requirements still apply.

What if the placement doesn’t work out?

No one wants to restart a search. We explain any replacement provisions before you engage us, so you know the agreed conditions and timeframes.

How are fees agreed?

We discuss the role and search with you, then agree the fees and terms before the engagement begins.

LET’S TAKE ON THE SEARCH

Who are you still trying to find?

You shouldn’t have to keep restarting the same search. Let’s focus on the role, what has been missing and the people your team needs to meet.

Bring us the vacancy.

We’ll ask about the work and what has made hiring difficult, then explain how the search can move forward.
